What did I buy?

Hi All,

I purchased a MF industrial tractor with a MS#5101 and Serial # Y0102. It says 20F on it. Can anyone guess at the year and also the engine number is CE31116U774332M so do the numbers match or is this a different engine, and lastly....... is this a direct or indirect injection engine?
