What Control Valve do I need?

Good Day,
I am using my power beyond port on my JD 2320...
I have a hydraulic top link and all hoses set up...
what type of control valve do i need to tilt my box blade? i want something that will not float, something i can set so the blade goes to a certain angle and stays there but allows my hydraulic pump to not keep running.
please advise...
i did have a log splitter type valve installed but it did not work the way i wanted it to....

Your hyd pump on an open center is always running and pumping. .

Pressure is only developed when the cyl are doing work.
