Did you do as I said and talk to actual forestry people? Also did you check into cost/share funds with state forestry or NRCS? I’m giving you free professional advice.

Ten pages going for 20 ...OH the drama.....
I look at it as being a lot of good information on this thread for future reference if it comes up in a search. Over 10 yrs ago I found a thread on tbn on a search not having anything to do with tractors. Never even knew this forum existed before hand.

When I find one for around what I paid for my L3301, then it would be worthwhile..Whoa, who said anything about a loaded ctl, mine was a low hr used open rops skid steer with minimal options for a fraction of a new ctl. I bought wheel spacers and tracks for it cause the sand was killing me. I bought a few U S manufactured attachments from a newer startup company for less of the cost what they will cost me now. If I lived in Florida I'd give you a hand if you wanted it, for a lot less than your quotes, or I'd sell you my entire setup, after a demo of course. Best of luck on your endeavors

But you didn’t talk to the people who can provide cost/share funds? Who are you calling? Did you talk with the Forest management professionals that I described? You have been asking for advice and I am a professional forester of 40 career years who is very experienced with wildfire rehab. You refuse to listen and take my advice, so knock yourself out and learn the hard way.
