What are your predictions for 2008?

I thought it would be interesting to hear everyones predictions for what we can expect to see in November 2008. Next year we can go back to this thread and see who made the best predictions. These predictions can be about any subject but nothing controversial that will get the thread locked. I will start it out with a couple of easy predictions.
1. I predict Eddie's "Creating a lake" thread under projects will hit 180,000 views.
2. I predict President Clinton will be making plans to redecorate some rooms in her new White House.

I'm sure that many of you can come up with some much better predictions, let's hear them.

I think sometime in 2008 it will rain. At least once. On my property in SC.

I will be retired one more year and spending more time at the farm.

Kubota owners and shoppers will see a more agressive marketing and rebate program in late 2008.

I'll be in the black on the farm project.

I'll be finished with my house restoration - minus the kitchen.
