I thank God every season that my wife was raised by a hunter . We process about 4 Deer every year and grind around 70 lbs of burger . We leave it pure venison in the package and the wife adds pork or my favorite “ Jimmy Dean “ before she cooks it .

Don't get me started on Jimmy Dean. That stuff is 40% grease. If you are adding fat to wild game, that's about all it's good for.
