What are these things called?

I've tried that, Ron, but the excess hydraulic fluid from disconnecting un-glues the lecky-tape. Co-responding number of tiewraps or coloured ones last longer, I've found.

I do use the provided dust caps on the female ends, but both are red.

Red dust caps??? Where do I get some . . They'd blend right in with massey color for the fel zerks and mmm zerks.

Well, AxleHub, I suppose that I should have said that they were originally red... they've faded to pink now due to UV rays.

And that's saying something about the intensity of the sun's rays here in Tassie as the tractor is in the shed when not in use. 250hrs now.

My black JD ballcap is 'tan' coloured now, except for where the ear-defenders rest.

TSC has red dust caps. Two for $4.49 yesterday.

I know Parker has them in several colors for their QCs. My BX has 4 different colors with the Parker QCs. They go on the hose before the QC so are semi permanent and don't get lost. When I bought 2 QCs to make up my pressure gauge the cap/plug came with them.
