Strange: I used them many times to remove the loader on my Kubota!

Plus 1. Kubota always used bucket stands on early tractors. About 15 years ago they went to lift arm stands.

Whatever that is on the bucket is not for removing the loader. As mentioned, you use the stands under the lift arms and that's a common Kubota thing. I've seen many of them in use. Your bucket does look like original paint but it's possible it's a modification. It looks more like some auxiliary piece of equipment that attaches to the bucket. I think I have seen those side brackets before but can't recall where or when.

Wrong, sure are on early model Kubby's.

I was wrong I forgot the valve stayed with the loader when it was removed.
