You wont make a mistake with any of the tractors you listed, as long as the dealer is a good one. This is not to say you wont think of things you should have bought after the purchase, but that's all part of the learning process and where a good dealer can come into play. It's also why you need to determine what options these tractors have, both standard and optional, even if you don't think you need them right away, because as your needs change, the tractor should be able to support them. For example, if you want to install a hydraulic Top-N-Tilt and run a rear hydraulic implement, you'll need three rear remotes. Perhaps this scenario is stretching it a bit, but having options down the road is a good thing.
