I have what I assume is a leaking seal.
Is this pretty straight for ward or is it not DIY??

How many places could the leak be?

What seals item 4 to item 10? My Branson has a gasket in that area.

To some degree the original Q is a loaded question. I have seen skill levels of DIYers range from genius to near incompetence.
On a scale of 1-5 where do fall?

IIRC, we used black RTV adhesive at the NH dealer that I worked for. Should be able to tell when it's disassembled.

You can handle it. 98% of the job is nuts and bolts. 1% replacing the seal and 1% making sure your changing the right seal.

Clean that all off with a pressure washer and drive it again to really see where its leaking.
