What a mess I made. Tips for shed prep?

Well, here are some pictures. First two are prep before. Last two are after the shed is in. As you can see, it still needs paint...

What did you use for drainage?

It naturally slopes away behind the shed. It slopes from the opposite corner down towards the brick and then torwards the back. At the opposite corner there is another slope towards the back on that side. Under the shed is 3/4 crush up to 18" near the brick, and 6" or so at the other end.

All it needs now is a coat of paint, may I suggest green with yellow trim....

I wish I had the time and did not have to travel so far. But, at least I think I convinced the wife to allow the trim painted green!
