I managed to convert an old K301 Kohler over a battery ignition from a breakerless Solid State ign. Fires up instantly and runs like a champ now.
Question: What do I do with the Black and Red wire that used to hook to the "A" and "I" terminals on the trigger module?
I can't figure it out using the diagrams I have (perhaps they're not the right ones).
Do they have to be hooked back in somewhere for charging?
