I picked up the 1845 last night - actually took the step up from the 1430 (which I was set to order) because was contacted by someone locally from the forum who just purchased the 1845 (30 hrs) and he is ordering the 1460. Plowed a little this morning
This thing is an animal - and it is large

Congrats Ed. I think you made a good choice. You are going to love that Deutz....it starts on the first crank every time and keeps going and going and going....What projects are you going to tackle first?

My brother in law is taking it - I will be delivering it tomorrow

going to give it to him all nice - engine oil and filter changed
plus hydraulic filter and a bath

it now has just 70hrs

won't be till next week

it is really nice - has two sets of tires and wheels
the turfs have not yet been put on the unit yet they are brand new

the plow is huge 84 inches - probably going to cut it down

Thanks - I really love this unit - i think the 45hp sounds great
not too loud

well as for projects - i have to put in some large 12 ft trees first
plus have other things to do - going to break out that backhoe as soon as the weather breaks

Yes - it really is - my nine year olds eyes were as wide as can be - i still have the 425 here - he gets a kick out of comparing them
