That is a very similar setup that I was thinking of making. I have a large capacity deep cycle marine battery that could be put to good use. I was going to use a uni-strut post for the nozzle / hose. My biggest problem is finding room in the shop for the setup.

My M6040 fills behind the seat - left hand side. I refuel EVERY time I use the tractor. So far, after 38+ years, no water in my fuel tank.

However - lifting a 5-gallon Jerry can DOES get old - like me. One of these days, one of these days.........

I want a 12 volt rechargeable transfer pump

Actually - I would prefer a service station close enough for me to drive to...... but you know how that goes.

A pallet is a great idea although a little big for me. I'm going to try to build like a small cabinet that stands upright. This is the can that I am using. I have 6 of them. https://www.walmart.com/ip/JEGS-80203-Round-5-Gallon-Jug/580369944

That is a neat jug... I never saw one like that (didn't really search), always just thought they were all that standard rectangular shape.
