Jinma 224 (sold) Kubota B-7510
I knew it was going to happen, the b7510 bulling and thrashing among the brush pile and then I heard the noise!! The fan hitting the shroud. That was an easy fix with a pair of pliers, but the green liquid dripping may be a little more difficult. My dealer told me he would take it to a radiator shop first to try to get it repaired there first,if not.. $$$$...Anybody been through this before and have any idea of the chances of the radiator shop fixing?? It's not a big leak at all..small dripping...dealer and radiator shop 2hrs away so it's easier for me to send to the dealer. Great tractor...not so great operator /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

Them things happen! /forums/images/graemlins/frown.gif

Have you considered an expanded metal grill guard?

Also remember the filters down below as they are in pretty vulnurable positions for bush pile work.

I haven't tried it on my tractor but in the past I've used various types of raidiator stop leak on my cars and truck with success and no apparent problems. Two or three dollar fix.

I know I'm a bit late on this, but:

If your tractor is insured under its own policy, you might call your agent and see if it's covered. I had this same thing happen to me last year (see it here), and to my amazement, my inland marine policy covered it with only a $100 deductible, which was music to my ears since the repair bill was $830. /forums/images/graemlins/shocked.gif

Hope I'm not too late on this.
