Weituo/Taishan

I believe I would stick to a Jinma if I were you. Jinma are main stream Chinese tractor and there are enough people to help you should the need arise. Honestly I have never heard of that particular model so I don't know how good it is. For just a few hundred more you could get a 20hp Jinma/FarmPro with a two stage clutch and Cat I hitch.

I'm with Brent,
As I read that listing, it is for a pre-order. You should be able to find a Farm Pro 2420 close by somewhere to you that is ready to work. Some Jinma dealers are also starting to import some 2WD tractors to compete with Farm Pro.

The TY tractor was sold by Maverick in Memphis but I do not believe they are still in business. I have talked to owners of this tractor and they seemed pleased. The TaiShans we import(TS) are from a different factory and are larger, we have stayed with Farm Pro/Jinma for the smaller tractors because they are so widely accepted and parts seem to be everywhere.

The TY180 and Farmpro 2420 do share the same engine.

Farm Pro (Jinmas) also have ROPS which I think is a good safety feature to have. Depending on the intended use don't rule out 4WD either. Some people get a tractor for 1 thing and then realize they can do a lot more with it and then wish they had 4WD. If it's just mowing on level ground there is no need but if mowing on slopes, snow removal or a loader are in the future 4WD is nice.
