Weedeater H, L, LA screw adjustment

It seems I messed up the carburettor settings on a Stihl fs250. Now it wouldn't start.

I would like to confirm the initial settings for further adjustment.

Is it anticlockwise limit and then 1.5 turns clockwise thereafter ?

Or clockwise limit and then 1.5 turns anticlockwise thereafter?

Turn it “in” all the way, then “out 1.5. “In” should be clockwise…..
