Sounds like it is time to call the local Consumer Protection Agency in your state. Might also try some of the local newspapers and television stations. You might not get much more satisfaction except to give the dealer a big black eye for all the public to see. Just don't expect any service from this dealer or possibly any other dealer in the immediate area. Right or wrong, the dealers usually stick together and will label you a problem to stay away from.
