For whatever it might be worth, I thought I would share an experience I had on the newest unit with less than 100 hours on it. I blew a hydro line. One of the lines that controls the boom, while blowing a driveway. I was able to make it back to the shop, and the tech discovered that the line was "rubbing" against the protective plate that would be directly under the fuel pedal, under the unit. He installed a piece of "loom" or "wiring conduit" cut lengthwise with adhesive along the protective plate to prevent further wear. I have also done the same to the other Toolcat.
