Warranty upgrade Ford trucks

I just got a letter from ford, my 2007 warranty just got even better. 100,000 mile diesel, with no deductable, powertrain to 60,000 instead of 30,000. road side assistance got upped to but I dont remember how much.(yes I can change my own tires, but when its 100 degrees and Im wearing a shirt and tie, I am not above using the cell phone instead of the lug wrench )

So.... your engine warranty is the same as the Dodge/Cummins engine warranty has been for at least five years?

Apart from that, sounds really good. 60k on the whole powertrain sounds even better than 100k on the engine.

There's been a 5 yr/100,000 mile engine warranty for several years. It did have a $100 deductable after the 3yr/36,000 warranty ran out.

That's right---my 2002 Super Duty (7.3L Diesel) came with the 100,000 mile engine warranty. I think that's about five years....
