Warning Indicator on CK30HST

Can't find my manual just now and I have an indicator light on the display. It's the one that looks light an EKG line with a spike in it. Can anyone please let me know what that indicates.

There are many unused lights inside the guage cluster. They all have
bulbs and some have connections to wires inside the plugs. If they do,
there is an unused wire in the wiring harness. That means that you likely
have a short in the wiring harness somewhere. I have seen this before.

Coolant level 3RD from left Glow plug IND.7 from left

 

[Highbeam]

Coolant level, I added a small amount of water to the reservoir and it went away.
