Warning indicator for diesel water separator

Ran the tractor 15 minutes moving some materials, and went to barn, Got an indicator light and warning buzzer,since new tractor to me, and I was in the barn, I shut it down and went for my operators manual. Found the indicator was the diesel water seperator, saw how to drain the seperator, but last item in directions said to prime the system, and ideas what/ how to prime after draining water off the bowl of the seperator. In addition, I went back and started the tractor and let it run a few minutes, no warning indicator or buzzer warning??
Any suggestions.

You don't need to do anything.

In fact, I changed the filters on my BX2200 and I know I drained the injection pump empty, because I got a phone call in the middle of when I was doing it and it sat dripping for like 30 minutes. (as it always happens!!)

When I zipped it back up with new filters, I just turned the key to on, and let the pump do it's thing for a minute. I then turned over the tractor and it started like it always had.

Need to follow procedure in your manual. I have 5 Kubotas now and they have 3 different procedures. Yours may be similar to my L6060 which requires opening a bleed plug, turning on the key, and waiting until bubble free diesel comes out of the filter bleed port.
