Tiller Wanting to up grade from my KK

I had to go to a bigger clutch because of slippage with a 35 hp Jinma tractor in sandy loam soil. I can't remember now but I thing I went from a 6" diameter to at 7" diameter. I know when I put on the new clutch there wasn't but a few thousandth's of a inch clearance between the roof of the tiller and bottom of the clutch. bjr

Tightening the clutch doesn't help?

Not sure why I would tighten clutch when I already broke the yoke on the pto shaft.

Thanks bgr but I think with a bigger clutch Im just going to tear up the gearbox or pto shaft.. I use my rototiller putting in food plots for myself and friends. I have friends with KK rotary cutters and are decent for the price but not made for heavier duty applications. I'm not here to bash KK,I just think there are better products out there if your willing to pay for it.

I have a kk tiller and i'm happy with it, but like you said my mine is smaller. 60" with 18 pto hp.
Is it possible that you just had a bad yoke? Sucks the kk wouldn't stand behind there own equipment but I read about their poor customer service was about as good as their painting department. I still bought it because of good reviews from users and price.

Thanks for the clip Al. I wish he would trade me tillers! Really though he only made a few short passes. I might till two to three acres at a time. I called KK when I broke the yoke, they wouldnt stand behind their warranty ,said my tractor has to much hp. I figured they know their implements so its time to move on, that's why I posted the original question wanting to upgrade to a heavier duty tiller.

That would have made me leave them too.
