My neighbor bought one new from the Dealer that was used a few times for parades...
He uses it all the time and my nieces are always asking to go for a ride.
It really climbs well and power has never been an issue.
The one short coming is brakes on only one axle... not really a problem till you find yourself sliding sideways down a hill...
He compensated by placing some weight in the bed when it would be otherwise empty.
Only issue/problem is the oem tires didn't hold up... went to a heavy duty with tubes and no more problems...
