Want to build in-row hydraulic motor cultivator

Can anyone point me to build machine like this? Cost is 4000$. I am sure that can be build for 1/2 price. Motors is what I am most interested, I dont know what type is this is. Hydraulic, but specification?

Foler search you tube for the Reigi weeder it works the same way but with belt drive. The time on the cultivator are hay rake teeth. Bolted to round plate

motors look like geroler / gerotor motors. Parker, Eaton Chr-Lynn, White- Ross, etc are all companies that make motors like this
