Walmart's EverStart battery

Has anyone else had issues with the prorated warranty when trying to return Walmart's EverStart battery for defects? I brought my battery around 2015.

take battery in, have receipt, should not have issues.

if no receipt, hopefully they scratched the date bought off on the sticker on the battery to show when it was bought. otherwise they only have to go by the manufacturing date. which may or may not show you are in warranty.

to note it, most likely you will need to goto the "car section" in order for battery to be checked out. and dealt with. which means the car section may not be man'ed 24/7 but during normal regular hours.

Bought a small lawn mower battery from them, and a deep cycle marine battery for my camper. On both, they put my info in the computer for warranty.
