They say the money raised will be used to fund research on agricultural emmissions. They can send me the money and I'll send them a report that says, "Cows pass gas.

That's the problem. The people proposing and passing these laws are so far removed from the land that they no longer understand where the food comes from.

here is a solution...Get the knuckel heads that cam up with this to pay out of thier pocket to put all cows in a dome covered pasture with vacum collection system to suck out all the gas and bottle it for sale....
