I'm going to guess that your rod diameter is 35 mm and the tube is 70 mm but you measurements leave a lot to be desired. If the glands and tubes aren't damaged, having new rods made would be a better alternative to some "almost fit cylinders". A local hydraulic repair shop are your experts, not Northern Hydraulics. Surplus Center or Bailey would be a better source of advice than Northern.

Title tells it all. My fault. They are dead. Now to replace. I cannot find a cylinder online that is the exact matchup to Mahindra but Mahindra wants 2100 plus tax. Not happening. They are 29.26 eye to eye retracted. 1.4" cylinder. 2.75" bore. Pin is only 1". I have found close in 1.25 and may run spacer. Top width is 2.75 opening to mount and bottom is 2.25" width to mount. I am close on one that I have found. These are 3k psi cylinders. I do not think I will find exact. I have no interest in getting these fixed as no time. I need to get it to work. Does anyone have a place that ships fast and has fair priced cylinders?

Save your money, The best thing you can do for your set up is to purchase the exact replacement cylinders and go to a local hydraulic repair shop with them and ask them to install stop tubes in them.

By doing this you limit the chance to almost none that you will destroy the cylinders from abuse as the stop tubes increase the piston length and add at least 2 more inches of surface area to make the piston that much larger in length to limit the amount of stress that can be applied to the piston rods, packing glands and packing gland seals.

Like I said don't waste you money trying to match up a replacement when you can purchase the correct ones and simply add the stop tubes to protect the retract cylinders in the process. You will want to do this with the hoist cylinders as well some time to reduce the stress on them as well.

I rebuilt these things as part of my job at the mine where I used to work so I know what I am talking about.
Adding a 2 inch stop tube to a cylinder will only reduce the dump angle by about 10 degrees and also reduce to almost zero that you will damage them again by abusing them.

Edit:

The loaders on these things were never ment to be used as digging implements they were only ment to be used as light materials buckets or to be used to scoop loose heavier materials with heavier reinforced buckets.

I am betting this is good advice. I googled and I do have a shop about an hour from here that may be able to rebuild. Time is crucial to me. Possibly that could be quicker than buying. Any idea what a going price is to rebuild something like this?

I would call them first to see if they have or can get 35 mm chrome rod material and what the lead time to get it might be. I've been away from it too long to venture a guess on the cost. I would think 4 hours or so would do it but shop rates vary greatly with location. You would be paying for teardown, turning and threading the new rod, cutting the old rod end off and welding it to the new rod, and assembly. It won't come cheap, but should be significantly less than the new
cylinders from Mahindra.

Be doubly sure to buy the stop tubes to protect the extend/retract cylinders as that will be good money spent for a good repair PROVIDING the stuffing box is not damaged along with the wiper seal groove.

Its better to find out if these retract extend cylinders are rebuildable first. So many of the small ones are an over the shoulder in the scrap bin type.
