Buying Advice Volvo EC35 excavator

Im looking to buy a Volvo E35 to make some roads thru my property. Is this a good rig and is this a strong excavator for 22,000

3.5 ton machine, I believe as strong as others in its class. Good for landscaping, putting in foundation drains etc. You aren't going to topple big trees safely with it. Landclearing is more a 10-20 ton+ machines job.
