I think he'll find it to be a very capable tractor.
I also think he'll find it to be a rather "tippy" machine, so why not suggest he have the dealer move those tires to the widest position and have them filled. Both of those jobs can be done at home, but the dealer is better set up for it (and loaded tires are heavy suckers!!).
I love my open station 3320. It handles the 60" brush hog with ease, but it can have difficulty with the 72" box blade in real loose deep sand going up hill. The R4s just want to spin.
