I like Keith's videos......he's got some interesting projects

the scores he had in the cyl barrel were from the steel piston head (cast iron or alum piston heads cannot be welded) dragging on the steel cyl barrel (not from bad hyd oil)..........either a bronze welded overlay or a machined wear band would have been a better alternative

the ball hone was definetly a no-no......too rough, it will wear out the hyd seals prematurely.....those ball hones are designed for honing combustion chambers with cast iron piston rings that will wear in to seat.......hydraulic seals don't wear in, they just wear out....
