Vet with a sense of humor

Doc Stu is 60 years old. Works with two other associates. He's battled Cancer twice. The consequences have been debilitating. The other two Vets now handle all of the out of office livestock work. Doc Stu takes care of the walk-in small animal cases. I've used him since he opened the office, 30 years. His favorite quote, "If you are gonna own pets, take care of your pets". Great man. All three of them are. No Grandeur ideas of wealth among them. Just love what they do. I'm very Blessed to him them in the community.

He sounds like a great man.......you are very lucky to have him close by.

We switched to a small local vet (wife is the vet, husband is the vet tech), IIRC it was $150ish to have our horse put down (on site) and $60ish to have a cat put down (we went to their office).
They get along well with my wife and they are happy to discuss the various options for treatment and not just offer one option.
