Which One do you want to know about?
We are VERY proud to say that ALL of the Cutting Edges and Ripper Shanks that we use are Made in the USA! What other mfg. that can say that for EVERY single model offered?

We hope that you always consider us when shopping for attachments!!

A couple years ago, I bought one of your standard duty EA box blades for my B2620. I am still very pleased with its fit, finish, price and performance. The phone support and the videos have helped me too.
Cheers,
Mike

Thanks Mike!

Our box blades are packed with plenty of value that doesn't always jump out at you, but the benefits are present!

One thing that we do differently is the tabbing of the main components by our lasers as they're being created. The side plates, hitch and other components are tabbed for precise, uniform assembly and for extra Xtreme durability vs. something that is simply welded. That same process is used from our smallest Compact Tractor Box Blade all the way up to one of the heaviest box blades on the market, our High Horsepower "Beast" Box Blade!

I feel that being made in the USA is something to be very proud of. American jobs, American families, American pride. Far to many do not realize what buying China made garbage does to our country. You may think you are saving 20.00 but in reality it's death by 1000 cuts .02

Ted tries really hard.

He is also very selective in the steel that is used for our attachments, sourcing it from Nucor Steel in Charleston. US Steel only, No China or Malaysian around here!

A36 a grade of steel that is commonly used in the industry, but you'll find none of that in our factory. We use Grade 50(A572) as a minimum, and also use G70, G80, T1 and AR400.
The steel is also oiled and pickled for our laser, so it is not just run of the mill.

The ETA 30-70 Box Blades all have a horseshoe shaped plate of steel welded beneath the tube, behind the shanks for added durability. It adds a lot of strength to the tube and prevents piercing.
Doing this adds to the cost because of the extra cutting and welding involved, but it's worth it for us to provide you with a longer lasting attachment.

The side plates normally reflect the age and use/abuse that a box blade has received throughout it's life. To minimize that wear and increase the life span, we weld extra plates of steel to the front leading edges of every box blade that comes out of our factory.

The guys have one of our Xtreme 30-70 Box Blades suspended for final assembly(cutting edges, ripper shanks, lift pins), so I took the opportunity to show off the reinforcement underneath the tube!

State of the art design and manufacturing methods!
I might suggest putting a couple extra holes in the backside of the box for mounting a pair of gauge wheels. The gauge wheels could be sold as an option for folks with a top link cylinder or perhaps with a rockshaft and cylinder.
The gauge wheels increase the versatility of the box blade by an order of magnitude. The cutting depth can be controlled by the top link cylinder rather than the 3PH. The position control can be set all the way down and left to float letting the gauge wheels do the leveling. The tractor can be going over rough ground without affecting the blade.

Being made in the USA with USA materials is the top reason I've been a repeat customer at EA. The quality of their builds along with customer service are also top tier. I actually have one of their implements in route as we speak.
