versatile 500

hi, we have a versatile 500 that wont start it cranks fine but wont turn over. we have tried either but no luck. the tractor has been sitting for 3 years so it might have lost prime. is there any way to manually prime the tractor? is there a fuel shutoff? the tractor has fuel in it.
