Ventrac 4231
I have a question about the ventrac 4231 and what it would take to run a grapple bucket. Is the dual hydraulic front an option for this tractor? What is the part number?

I also have rear hydraulics and a three point. Is it possible to simply run a longer set of hydraulic hoses to the rear thus negating the need for a dual set up front?

Thanks in advance!

I suppose it may be possible to run a hose to the rear hydraulics connector to run the grapple, but there are several reasons why you would not want to do this.

First is that they way Ventrac intended it to run is much more convenient with the hookup and the operation with a switch on control lever.

The biggest problem, as I see it, is that the Ventrac articulates at a pivot point and this hydraulic hose would have to be routed close to this pivot EVERY TIME you needed to hook it up and unhook it.
