Vehicle ID Plate?

Does anyone make/sell the VIP sticker that's on the underside of the hood on an '86 3910? I'm going to be replacing the hood shortly and I don't think I can get the old sticker off in one piece.

Or is this considered tampering with a vehicle ID?
