Vegetation killer rates

I do not have the container with me but I will be applying Round-Up or similiar killer. How much converage will a 25 gallon sprayer provide with a hand spot sprayer say on a 6" wide stream?

I have a 14 gal. sprayer. I cover the base area of aprox. 800 lin. ft. of pipe fence, around my shop, both edges of 300 lin. ft. of driveway, and lots of odds and end areas, and still have 2-3 gal left over. Hope this helps.

That's a tough one. Hand use is extremely variable.

Normal rates with Roundup are about 15 gal of mixture to an acre of area. Tall weeds will take more as you have to cover the plant leaf area.

dswinnerjr I would use a 2% solution and wet leaves, This is on the label. Make 10 golloms of solutionand use. then decide how much more you will need. Most important thing is to read the label.
