Value of Kubota 5240 HST with 200 Hours?

I am interested in what a Grand L 5240 with around 200 hours should be worth, ballpark of course. HST, 4x4, NO CAB, dirty but well taken care of, still has about 3 months of warranty. Kubota LA854 Loader, R4s.

Marshall Machinery in PA had a 5240hst with top-n-tilt, the 854 loader, a canopy with extra lights, and 23 hours for $27,900. It's still listed on TractorHouse.com but I was told they sold it. I think it was a repo by Kubota Credit.

Approx. last fall our local dealer had a L5240 HST w/ 854 loader & r1's w/ about 250 hrs. - excellent condition. They were asking $24,000 - I suspect they got close to that. I wish now I would have at least asked what bottom dollar was.
