Every new truck or tractor that we purchased on the farm came with a shop/ service manual.

When a final purchase price was reached just before signing I would say to the sales manager “ Great but I will need you to supply service manuals for our shop”

They would ALWAYS agree quite often not realizing for instance service manuals for F series Fords covered 150’s right up to 900’s.

I bought the factory service manuals for the following:

Massey Ferguson 35 Utility (service and parts)
Massey Ferguson 99 Loader (for the above machine)
John Deere 25A

And one of our members here, Gordoninvt sent me the manual for my JLG LJ500 which was produced for so little time that finding a manual is nearly impossible.
