Value of a Branson 3500

We are looking at purchasing some property that the current owner will "throw" in a Branson 3500 with a BL10 front end loader.

What would be the approximate value of this tractor. I do not have a clue as to how many hours are on it. I do know that it runs and has no issues.

Didn't see a Branson 3500 in TractorDatadotcom (just 3510 and 3520s) nor any of that model number in TractorHousedotcom. I do see the 3515 and 3520, all new 2015 and 2016 models in the $19,000 to $25,000 range. Likely you have a 3510 or 3510i, TractorData shows the BL10 loader as an accessory, they were made from 2002 to 2005 by Kukje Machine of S. Korea. Not sure of your experience but I wouldn't let the Korean mfg. bother you, the Koreans have been supplying tractors and engines to the "bigs" for years. I personally have a Mahindra branded TYM with a Daedong (Kioti in the U.S.) engine. Fine, well made machine and very stout. Hope this helps.

Thank you whizdbiz2. I went back and looked at the photo of the serial number plate and it says it's a 3510 but the photos of the tractor itself has 3500 on the side.

Guess I should have checked that myself. Explains why I could not find any info anywhere on the internet about the 3500.

Now I'll have to do some searching on the serial number to see if I can determine how old this tractor is. BTW, the Kukje tractor does not worry me. I've done enough reading to have a good feeling that they are a good tractor. Glad to hear about the TYM brand also. If this land deal with the tractor does not work out I'll look into TYM as a option to a Branson down the road.

Do you plan to sell this tractor? If so, you'll find that resale value of your Branson is not very good. Branson is a very minor tractor brand in terms of sales. My Mahindra dealer also sells Branson. My guess is that he sells 100 Mahindra's for each Branson he sells.

My neighbor has a 40 hp Branson (IIRC). I was not impressed with it compared to my Mahindra 5525.

I'd just keep that Branson and use it around your place.

Value would also depend on dealer support in your area. No dealer will keep some people from looking, a dealer with a poor reputation will keep even more from looking.

the OP is trying to find out what it's worth to buy it. as in when he buys his new piece of property the current tractor/property owner will sell him the tractor too
