I have the opportunity to buy a Valby CH200 for $1,000 or so off of a local farm, but I can't seem to find any specifications. I know it's a big unit...9" max capacitiy I believe and my JD 4120 will be working plenty hard to power it, but I won't chip anything over 6" anyway. I will also be purchasing a farm property this fall with an AGCO 5680 that won't have any trouble running this unit.
I'm really looking to see if anyone has a lead on parts and a place to get manuals, specs, etc. From what I read here, Valby chippers are top of the line and are very expensive brand new so I think I've got a deal here. I know it needs the knives replaced or sharpened so I'm trying to see how much that costs.
Thanks for the help...I searched for a while and only came up with specs for the smaller model, the CH150.
