This had me scratching my head so I wanted some opinions.

Kubota B7510, has about 850hrs. Has always ran fine until this winter.

I notice the seal in the fuel cap stuck inside the tank instead of the cap. I snap it back in and fill up, and go. Apparently it still sealed on the nozzle and caused the fuel not to flow.

I then notice the cap is sitting off center in the opening. I didn't do anything out of the ordinary and see no reason the hood or any other part could have been bent. Would the suction caused by the malfunctioning vent cause the whole fuel tank to change shape?

In addition, the fuel gauge is no longer working. I looked for and cannot find a blown fuse. Could this have also been the cause of that?

Yes, clogged vent will collapse tank. I had this occur on my JD4300. Tractor stalled and then noticed tank had collapsed. New cap fixed the issue. Tank eventually went back to original shape.

Depending on location of float in tank and mounting, the deformed tank could be the cause of the gage issue as well.
