You will want a bench seat, for sure. Other than that, I will have to defer to others.

I bought a Polaris ranger 1000 and it has more room than my wife's Lincoln Corsair.
It's basic but has an adjustable steering wheel (up and down adjustment). Bench seat also.

I'm 6'5" and 330 lbs (or so). I sat in lots of UTVs and had real troubles with legroom until I sat in Kawasaki Mule Pro-FXT with a tilt steering. I finally bought one a few weeks ago. My only concern might be the fit of the seat belt, depending upon your height. In my state seat belts are required on public ATV-UTV trails.
