I have recently purcahsed a home that came with a 1998 - 22HP - 44" side discharge Toro Wheelhorse 522XI tractor with full wheel weights. It has been used in a summer house for it's full life but I have no idea of how many hours. It started right up on the first try and seems to run fine.
I would like to sell it and have several interested parties but have no idea of what a fair price would be. Can anyone give me an idea of the price range a unit such as this could sell for.
