Used pole barn gotchas ?

I agree with the others that say that's a lot of work putting back used material. I say $5000 for used is a lot of money and then there is the issue of getting a old building engineered to get the new building permit. It will be altered so there is the engineering fee's to get the permit. The inspectors in this county wouldn't let the go in a moment. bjr
