Used NH TC35 - good deal?

I found a used NH TC35 HST for sale. It is a 2001 model with 822 hours. Has been used on 50 acres. I am buying to use on my 10 acre place and share with my dad who has 180 acres. Seller is asking $15.5 for tractor plus land pride 6 foot finish mower and loader. Is this a good deal?

to get a price for a new TC 35. What I understand (and my knowledge is very limited) is about 8-10% decrease with first year, 5% each subsequent year and 10 dollars off for each 1 hour of use. My comments are all from memory of what others have told me, so I maybe wrong. Hopefully the veterans here will correct any errors I have made.
