Used MF 210- need advice on parts, pricing?

Hi there, I've been following a 1980 MF 210 w 650 hours on Craigslist. It has a loader, 60" belly mower and a cultivator for the 3 Pt hitch. Guy wants $5300 for it, says it's in good shape no leaks, good clutch, stored inside. Assuming that it starts and runs OK, is this price a decent one? How hard are parts to get? Thanks for your help!
