Used L39 pricing check

Hi,

I came across a used l39 Basically stock a hook welded on here and there. I live in the north east so I guess I get to pay more for everything. They are asking 28,000 and will not move on the price even though there are similar one out there (not in this location) for around 25-27k.

So in summary used l39GST (TLB) 2005 920 hours for 28k. is this a good deal?

Not a good deal, unless very lightly used. Cost 35 k new, Should be around 25-26K

I don't think that is a great deal.

I sold my L39 last year. It had 675 hours and included the optional quick change backhoe bucket, factory 3rd function, grapple bucket and a soft cab. Along with a 10k lb trailer I got $27k for it.

People certainly weren't lining up to buy it.

For what you describe, I'd want to be down much closer to $20k.

The Kubota dealer near me sold an L39 at auction in the spring for CDN$28,000 but it only had 200 hours on it and was only two years old. It had sat on his lot for a long time as there does not seem to be much interest in L39's when you can get an L45 instead. I definitely thinking the machine you are looking at is a few thousand dollars too high.
