Buying Advice Used Kubota with hydraulic leak

I am looking to buy my first tractor. I found a used Kubota dt295 for sale. The owner says that it sat for 10 years prior to him buying it last year and that the engine is good but has hydraulic leaks that he said requires new ring seals. I am curious if this is a red flag to not get this tractor. How much would this be to repair? I understand that there could be bigger problems than simply the seals, but not really sure how big that might be. Is there a way to determine this prior to buying it or would it be a guess?

Where are the leaks, lot of fitting and seals in the hydraulic system.
