Used JD 245

I'm considering buying a used JD 245 with 38" mower and 42" snow blower. The machine is 5 years old and in great condition. A couple scrapes here and there but for the most part a real good looking machine. It has wheel weights and chains and 4 suitcase weights. What would be a fair price to offer? they are asking for $4000. Also the attachments are very clean the 1 owner has kept it under cover and in good condition.

The oldest this mower could be is 3 years old if you are talking about a GT 235. This mower comes standard with a 48C deck and retailed 2 years ago for $4600. Base on what the blower cost and how usefull it is or would be I think the price is in line with what a dealer would sell it for,

Dummy me! The CORRECT model is a John Deere 245 with the same attachments in my first post. Any idears
on the cost?
