Used cub deal// What would you do ??

Hello: Im looking at a couple different cubs and am A little fluxed as to whats the best deal, whatda ya think. Im looking at a 2004--2523 (2500 series) with 114 Hrs 23 HP 54" Deck for $2300-$2400 from a private sale. Local dealer has a 3200 series 60" Deck 2002 with a 107 Hrs (suspicious) kinda rough for $3400-3600 (asking 3800), also has a new 3200 series for $5800 with a 54" deck, what do you guys think. Is the power steering worth it on these rigs? Will be used only for mowing sorta leaning towards the 04-2523? All opinions welcome, thanks very much, Ed.
